ART MAUI 2016 AT SCHAEFER GALLERY

The Art Maui board of directors presents Art Maui 2016 in the Schaefer International Gallery at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center. Juror Lauren Faulkner picked 116 drawings, paintings, sculptures, prints, photographs, jewelry and digital media from among works submitted by 293 artists of all skill levels. Art Maui gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through April 23 and before Castle Theater shows. Admission to the exhibit is free.

WILLIE K AND HIS BAND IN WAIKAPU GOLF CLUB

Catch a dinner show with Willie K and the Warehouse Blues Band at the King Kamehameha Golf Club in Waikapu. Dinner will begin at 6:30 tonight for $60. LAHAINA ART SHOWCASE AT DOWN THE HATCH

Down the Hatch presents Lahaina Local Showcase benefiting the Lahaina Art Association Art Education Program from 6:30 to 9 p.m. atthe Front Street restaurant. ART OF TRASH OPENING NIGHT AT MAUI MALL

Malama Maui Nui and SharingAloha Maui present the opening of Art of Trash at 6 p.m. on Maui Mall’s center stage. See the Maui Trashion Show featuring garments made from reused, recyclable materials made by students and members of the general public. Artwork will be on display Saturday through April 30. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

GIRLS GUNS AND GLORY IN CONCERT AT MACC
