A BENEFIT FOR PUNANA LEO O MAUI. Celebrate the 30th year of Ho'omau, the annual fundraiser to support Punana Leo O Maui Hawaiian Language Immersion Preschool, from 9 a.m. to sunset Saturday at Maui Nui Botanical Gardens in Kahului. Enjoy entertainment by students of the Hawaiian Immersion program, Grammy Winner Kalani Pe'a, Matagi, Josh Tatofi and others. There will be food, crafts, Hawaiian plants, a silent auction and activities for the keiki. Tickets are $15 presale or $20 at the gate (free for keiki 10 and younger).
