ART MAUI EXHIBIT OPEN DAILY AT THE MACC

The Art Maui board presents its 39th exhibition daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. through April 30 at Schaefer International Gallery at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului. The exhibit features new works by Maui artists in a wide variety of media. 'THE WIZARD OF OZ' OPENS TONIGHT AT BHS

Baldwin Performing Arts Learning Center and Baldwin Theatre Guild present "The Wizard of Oz" at Baldwin High School's auditorium. Performances are at 7 p.m. today and Friday and at 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for senior citizens, $7 for students and $5 for children 11 and younger.

The Kiwanis Club of the Valley Isle and Maui 4-H Organization present Valley Isle Keiki Fest from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the University of Hawaii Maui College Great Lawn in Kahului. All activities except vendor booths and food area are free, as well as admission.

IMUA PLATINUM JUBILEE GALA AND AFTERPARTY

Imua Family Services 70th anniversary Platinum Black & Platinum Ball will commence at 5:30 p.m. at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa in Lahaina. The gala is sold out, but the Platinum After Party is available and will feature Eric Gilliom Band and DJs by Next Level Entertainment. NEW PLAY FOR KEIKI AT MAUI PUBLIC LIBRARIES

Honolulu Theatre for Youth presents a new play for young children "Home," a 30-minute production. Monday at Wailuku Public Library at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Makawao Public Library at 3 p.m. and at 6 p.m. at Kihei Public Library. Wednesday at Lanai Public and School Library at 10 a.m. This program is designed for keiki ages 3 to 5. All children must be accompanied by a parent or an adult caregiver.

UHMC ART EXHIBIT AND POETRY READING

University of Hawaii Maui College art students will exhibit their work in the campus library through May 1. Join the opening reception from 3 to 4:30 p.m. with a poetry reading at 3:45 p.m. in the UHMC library Refreshments provided.
