Join Surfrider Foundation - Maui Chapter, Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers and Cabrinha Kites by celebrating International Surfing Day with a beach cleanup from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Baldwin Beach Park in Paia. The morning includes free yoga class at 8:30 a.m. (cleanup begins at 9:30 a.m.), plus pizza and shave ice for volunteers served between 11:30 a.m. and noon. Bags, gloves and water are provided. HIT THE GREENS AT HOLY GHOST GOLF TOURNAMENT

EXHIBIT OPENS FEATURING B.C. INDIGINOUS ARTISTS
Check out the new exhibition, "First Nations Art of British Columbia," honoring indiginous artists from the Northwest Coast of Canada who work in woodcarving, painting, printmaking, textiles and basketry opening Sunday at the Schaefer International Gallery at Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului and running through Aug. 11.
