Maui's own Sheldon Simeon fared well in last week's episode of "Top Chef" Season 14, when he and two other veterans of the show advanced to keep on cooking. Host Padma Lashki described Simeon's eggplant creation as, "toothsome." Simeon will be on the next "Top Chef" on the Bravo channel at 8 p.m.Thursday.
