Artist entries for the 30th annual Lahaina Poster Contest will be on display through Aug. 5 in the Old Jail Gallery in the historic Lahaina Courthouse at Lahaina Arts Society, 648 Wharf St.
This juried show is co-sponsored by LahainaTown Action Committee and LAS, which requires all submissions to be a recognizable scene of the Lahaina area. There are different category awards for the artists. The grand prize winner will have his or her piece chosen as the 2020 Lahaina Poster.
Members of the public may vote through Thursday, in gallery, for the People's Choice Award.
The public is invited to meet the artists at a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the gallery. Prize winners will be chosen during the reception.
