Last month, my friend Elaine and I went to the Mauna Kea rally in Kahului. Afterward, we went to Pearl's Korean BBQ at Queen Ka'ahumanu Center and then to see "The Lion King. It was then that I realized I had left my purse at the restaurant. I was very stressed; I'm 77, and my purse holds my whole life.
Fortunately, the lovely servers at Pearl's said that a maintenance person had found my purse and turned it in. The servers had taken it to Guest Services, but we learned that my purse had been turned over to mall security. A little later, security staffer Dexter Mateo told us that my purse had been turned over to the Maui Police. We were told we needed to go to the police station and ask for Officer Meredith, who returned my purse.
I am so thankful for the honesty and integrity of all the QKC workers who helped my find my purse.
Thank you!
