Makawao Union hosts Maui Choral Arts
The Maui Choral Arts Association choir, directed by John Rowehl, will perform during the regular 10:30 a.m. worship service at Makawao Union Church on Sunday, the church announced.
The choir will sing a variety of music supporting the worship service.
Makawao Union Church, formed in 1861, is an independent church with a Congregational heritage. The historic stone structure is located at 1445 Baldwin Ave., nearly 3 miles above Paia town.

Iao United seeks office administrator
A part-time office administrator position is opening at Iao United Church of Christ in Wailuku.
The position requires 19 hours a week.
Candidates must possess computer and word processing proficiency with Microsoft Office products and use of printers.
They also must be proficient in social media and minor website changes, as well as be able to multitask in a busy environment.

Kula mission to hold bazaar, rummage sale
Kula Shofukuji Shingon Mission will hold its Spring Bazaar and Rummage Sale from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
The event will feature the mission's famous chow fun, chicken bento, chili and other items. There will also be a mini farmers market with vegetables, plants and baked goods.
The mission is located at 113 Puanani Pl. in Kula.
Iao United to bid farewell to reverend
Iao United Church of Christ in Wailuku will host "A Celebration of Ministry" luncheon at noon on June 11 to bid aloha to its pastor, the Rev. Florentino Cordova.

A farewell liturgy celebration will also be held at the church at 1 p.m. June 26, bringing together several community agencies such as Habitat for Humanity, Aloha Maui Pride, Maui Non-Profit Association, Stand-up for Maui, as well as ministers from the Tri Isle Association of UCC Churches, Episcopal Church and St. Anthony Catholic Church.
Both events will be held at Iao United Church of Christ at 2371 W. Vineyard St. Parking will be available at the Wailuku Union Mission grounds at 2331 W. Main Street.
