MAUI FRINGE FESTIVAL ON TAP AT IAO THEATER

The ninth annual festival promoting original theater productions opens with distinctive performances at 6:15, 7:30 and 8:45 p.m., with a VIP opening night party kicking off the weekend at 5 p.m. Staging of original plays continues tomorrow with staggered performances from 1 to 8:45 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 7:30 p.m. All shows take place at the Historic Iao Theater in Wailuku. Tickets are $15 per show with a limited number of $75 VIP passes available by phone only.
