Overcrowding in Maui Humane Society dog kennels has led to the animal welfare agency to seek immediate, short-term foster homes, according to an announcement.

“With dogs coming in almost daily, the kennels are starting to get uncomfortably crowded,” an announcement says.

The society will provide supplies for dog caregivers.
