Give Upcountry lots water and houses will bloom

I have great confidence in Mayor Michael Victorino's ability to mount and sustain a campaign to supply water to long-dry Upcountry residential lots, particularly in Pukalani and Makawao. To overcome the rising shortage of quality housing we need water.

Set a fair price for a meter, offer timely installation and deliver the water. Give those dry lots water and the houses will bloom, like wildflowers crouching in the desert after a rainstorm.
