SEE PIERO RESTA: ILLUMINATUS EXHIBIT

Celebrate the legacy left by Piero Resta by visiting the Piero Resta: Illuminatus exhibit at the Schaefer International Gallery at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului. LAHAINA ARTS SOCIETY MEET THE ARTISTS

Lahaina Arts Society will feature the work of two Maui artists this month with receptions to meet the artists from 6 to 8 p.m. At the LAS?Old Jail Gallery in the Old Lahaina Courthouse, located below ground, featured artist Blake Hill will present his photography on metal, which features the beautiful magical flow of lava from Hawaii Island. At the LAS Banyan Tree Gallery located on the first floor of the courthouse, featured artist Marisela Bracho will feature her work of acrylic paintings, digital collage prints and her poetry book, "Water Kiss," written, designed and illustrated by Bracho. MFOL USED BOOK SALE OUTSIDE WHOLE FOODS

The Maui Friends of the Library will be holding a used book sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. outside of Whole Foods Market at Maui Mall in Kahului. All proceeds support Maui County libraries and the new bookmobile. Every child gets to choose and take home a book for free. Book prices start at $1. 'MEDEA' AT SEABURY HALL IN MAKAWAO

Oh Boy Productions, in collaboration with Seabury Hall Performing Arts, is presenting a series of classical plays at Seabury Hall's 'A'ali'ikuhonua Creative Arts Center in Makawao. First up is "Medea" by Euripedes, directed by Vinnie Linares. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and at 3 p.m. Sundays beginning tonight. Tickets are $20 at the door only.

BENEFIT FOR HUI O NA WAI 'EHA WITH MAKANA

Acclaimed guitarist, singer and composer Makana will perform a benefit concert at 7 p.m. at the Historic Iao Theater in Wailuku for Hui o Na Wai 'Eha, a community-based non-profit seeking to restore and protect stream flow to the four rivers of Na Wai 'Eha (Waikapu, Wailuku, Waiehu and Waihee) and to ensure Maui's water is maintainted as a public trust resource. CABARET NIGHT AT CAFE DEL VINO IN MAALAEA

Cafe del Vino intimate Euro restaurant in Maalaea offers a new Cabaret Night on Monday evenings.
