Charlotte “Maura” Flavin (DeCambra), 86

Charlotte passed away peacefully on June 21, 2023, in Hospice Maui’s care facility. She was born on October 12, 1936, in Puunene and was a graduate of St. Anthony High School. Charlotte dedicated her entire life to helping others. She was a nurse, teacher, Hospice volunteer for over 40 years, and along with her late husband, Dan, created their own non-profit to help provide basic needs in Nicaragua for the past 24 years. Our beloved Buenaventurada “Buena” Garma Balagso, of Lahaina, peacefully passed away on June 7th, 2023 at the age of 89. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 4th, 2023 at 5:30pm and Saturday, August 5th, 2023 at 9:00am at the Maria Lanakila Catholic Church in Lahaina.
