Shintoku "Shin" Arakawa, 95, of Kahului, Maui, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2019, at his residence.  He was born on October 29, 1924 in Puunene, Maui. As a retired Heavy Equipment Mechanic for H.C. & S. Co., he enjoyed his golden years playing ukulele with his "ukulele gang" and watching sports.
