Rosario Serrano Sijalbo, 64 of Wailuku, Maui passed away a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend on November 13, 2018. He was born in San Juan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines on May 23, 1954. Rosario worked as a Forklift Driver at Maui Land and Pine for 35 years. He later worked for Maui County Park and Rec before retiring in 2017. Toshiko Takushi, 85, of Maui passed away on November 21, 2018 in Kahului. She was born on August 13, 1933. She worked at the University of Hawaii Maui Collage for many years until she retired. Richard P. Tavares, 92, of Makawao Maui peacefully, passed away on November 30, 2018 at his home under the care of his family and the loving support of Hospice Maui.  He was born January 28, 1926 at Paia Hospital.  Richard retired as a Fire Captain from the Paia Station in 1976 after 30 years of service with the department.
