Mrs. Dorothy-Ann Jean Foster Hance, 86, recently of Kamuela, Hawaii passed away June 22, 2018 lovingly surrounded by family. Born in Koloa, Kauai on March 12, 1932, she was raised at both Poipu and Kokee on Kauai. She married the love of her life, John "Skip" Hance of Oahu, in 1952 in Lihue, Kauai. They spent 66 years together living where ever Amfac Sugar sent them on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island. After retirement, they moved to the Big Island and loved living in Kamuela, which they enjoyed for 25 years. Dottie-Ann was the wife of a Sugar Plantation Trainee turned Manager. ...

Francis Jerome Ino, 67, of Wailuku, passed away on May 23, 2018. He was born on April 27, 1951 to Thomas and Leonilda Ino. Francis is survived by his brothers, Jules (Diane), Jimmy Ino, sisters, Florian Lawley (Clifford), Paulette Koki (Ray), Anne Gould (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. After retiring as a fish wholesaler, he returned to school and earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Hawaiian Studies with a deep interest in preserving the mana’o of Maui’s kupuna. Peter Kengo Hedani, 82, of Kula, Maui passed away peacefully on June 19, 2018 in Kihei surrounded by family while under the comforting care of Hospice Maui. Peter was born in Wailuku and grew up in Kaheka, Maui and retired from Maui Land & Pineapple Co., Inc. as the Management Information Systems Director.
