William “Bill” Kukaua Jr., 73, of Makawao, passed away on October 27, 2016 at his residence. He was born on May 7, 1943 in Paia, Maui. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Makawao, mass will begin at 11:30 a.m., and burial will follow at 1 p.m. at Maui Veteran’s Cemetery. Terri Teruko Markham, 94, of Kahului, passed away peacefully at Hale Makua Wailuku on October 12, 2016, surrounded by her loving family.  Services honoring Mrs. Markham were held privately at her request.
