Must See: Huliau Youth Film Festival * Saturday

MAUI YOUTH CAPTURE STORIES ON FILM. Maui Huliau Foundation presents its sixth annual Huliau Youth Environmental Film Festival at 7 p.m. in the Historic Iao Theater in?Wailuku. Eight short environmental films made by youth from 11 different Maui schools will be premiered. Doors will open at 6:40 p.m. Adult tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door. 3D FILM, JAZZ AND ELECTRONIC MUSIC. Ebb & Flow Arts presents a 3D film preview of "The Tibetan Illusion Destroyer" at 7:30 p.m. at Historic Iao Theatre in Wailuku. The film is by Tom Vendetti, an Emmy Award winner. The Maui Jazz Quartet will also be featured along with three selections from Ebb & Flow's video/electronic music series. The event is free.
