“We so appreciate the Credit Unions of Maui selecting Hale Mahaolu as the beneficiary of its 7th annual golf tournament,” said Hale Mahaolu Executive Director Grant Chun. “We’ll be using the proceeds of the tournament to support our planning initiatives to bring more affordable housing to our community in years to come.”
Since 2014, Kahului Federal Credit Union, Maui Federal Credit Union, Maui County Federal Credit Union, Maui Teachers Federal Credit Union, Valley Isle Federal Credit Union and Wailuku Federal Credit Union have joined together to organize the annual golf tournament fundraiser. To date, the event has raised more than $222,000 for local organizations.
