Work continues on park irrigation
Irrigation system work continues at Waipuilani Park in Kihei but the parking lot, restrooms and tennis courts will remain open during the current phase of work.
The county said that other parts of the park may be closed as work on the irrigation system continues through the end of September.
The parking lot, restrooms and tennis courts had been closed since July 5 for trenching and excavation work and to stage heavy equipment.
