WAILUKU — Daredevils run in the Wallenda family.

World-renowned high wire walker Blake Wallenda performed Saturday outside Baldwin High School, much to the amazement of onlookers.

Wallenda, a seventh-generation daredevil born into the legendary Wallenda family of circus performers, is headlining Super American Circus’ Hawaii tour.

He completed sky walks for the first time in Hawaii this month, starting with a feat at Ala Moana Hotel on Monday, which kicked off the Aloha State tour.

The circus is scheduled to hold three shows today, its final day on Maui, at 1, 4 and 7:30 p.m. at the high school auditorium.
