Evangelista said the 54th edition of the annual celebration of Filipino culture, food, crafts, dance and music drew a big crowd Friday. So big, in fact, some fundraising booths ran out of food to sell. The $500 first place pansit prize was won by Christian Chou of Wailuku. He took second last year.
