The Fukunaga Scholarship Foundation is accepting applications for its 2026 scholarship through Feb. 23 with a goal of reaching more students from Maui, Molokai and Lanai.

Now in its 76th year, the foundation supports Hawaii students pursuing degrees in business or related fields. Recipients are selected based on academics, leadership, business potential and financial need.

Students chosen for the scholarship receive $20,000 over four years, or a prorated amount, for tuition and other educational expenses. The foundation awards an average of $185,000 in scholarships each year.

Since 1950, the program has awarded more than $5.5 million to 574 students statewide. Applications and eligibility details are available at servco.com/giving-back/scholarships.
