Pastry Chef Instructor Hannah Stanchfield and her baking students are busy preparing Valentine’s Day goodies for a pop-up bake sale from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 12 and Feb. 13 in the Pā’ina Market at the University of Hawaii Maui College.

The menu includes heart-shaped brownies dipped in ganache, large filled cream puffs, strawberry brioche buns and a deluxe cream puff box with four pieces.

The sale is open to the public first come, first served. The bake shop pop-ups regularly sell out so come early for the best selection.
