Rick Bartalini Presents is warning consumers after finding hundreds of Journey ticket listings on secondary marketplaces before tickets have even been made available through Ticketmaster, the official provider for the concert. The Maui County Council passed a bill on first reading Friday that would raise the fines on drivers caught blasting their music.
