Primary voting by mail starts today
Ballots were mailed to Maui County registered voters Thursday, the Maui County Office of the County Clerk announced. The County Clerk’s office said once mail-in voters make their selection, they should be sure to insert their ballot into the yellow secrecy sleeve and into the postage-paid return envelope. Be sure to sign the outside of your ballot envelope. Voters should mail their ballots with enough time for them to be received no later than 7 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2026.
