John “Chico” Cruz, 76
John Cruz, known as “Chico”, 76, of Maui, died July 10, 2016.
He was born to the late Louie and Mary Cruz in Oahu and grew up on Maui.
He was self-employed.
John is survived by Consuela Newton, daughter, and four grandchildren. He is also survived by Emily (Allen) Torres, sister; Eva Cruz, sister; Frank Cruz, brother, and Michael Cruz, brother.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday August 13, 2016 at the Kahului Salvation Army, 45 Kamehameha Ave., Kahului, and to be followed by refreshments there. The family requests no flowers.
