Antonio F. Gumboc, Sr., 91, of Wailuku, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2018 at his residence. He was born on June 13, 1926 in Malay Aklan, Philippines.
Visitation will be held at Ballard Family Mortuary on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with service starting at 7 p.m.
Visitation will be held at Kahului Baptist Church on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. with service starting at 9:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Valley Isle Memorial Park, Haiku at 11:30 a.m.
Prior to retirement, Antonio worked as a mechanic for Gomes Construction.
He is survived by his wife, Esther Gumboc; children, Henry (Lani) Gumboc, Noel (Yolen) Gumboc, Antonio (Carmelita) Gumboc, Jr., Benjamin Gumboc, Steven (Nelly) Gumboc, Dennis (Geraldine) Gumboc, Elmer (Julie) Gumboc, Joyce (Ador) Ordonez, John Gumboc, and Mae (Joy) Espina; sister, Patricia Castilliano; 25 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
Antonio was predeceased by his son, Larry Gumboc and siblings, Eriberto Gumboc, Genoveva Gumboc, and Barcelisa Unilongo.
