Thomas Leo Veilleux, 72
A loving husband, father, brother, papa and friend, Thomas Leo Veilleux, 72, of Kihei, passed away surrounded by his loved ones under the care of Hospice Maui on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2018.
He was a Chef at many well-known restaurants, his most memorable highlights were at Maui Brick Oven and Roy’s Humble Kitchen.
Thomas was predeceased by his parents Juliette & Rosaire Veilleux and step-daughter, Aliciamay H. Hughes. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Priscilla Marie Erece Veilleux; step-son, Kimo Kidder; step-daughters, Rena Matsuno (Brian), Rochelle Pescaia (Dayle); brother Joseph “Victor” Veilleux (Cheryl); sisters, Gerry Drexler, Claire Bess; nieces, Tarrah, Linda, Melissa, Danielle, Samantha, Leigh; nephews, John, Bryan, Colin, Finn; 4 grandchildren, Markelle, Cody, Dustyn, Kaulike; 2 great-grandchildren, Isaiah and Kezairah.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, May 30th, 2018 at Hope Chapel in Kihei with visitation to start at 5:30 p.m. and service to follow at 6:15 p.m.
The family kindly request to wear casual attire.
Thomas is and will forever be in our hearts, his memories will continue until we meet again.
