Our dad, grandpa and great grandpa, Kenji Kawaguchi, 94, passed away peacefully on the evening of April 2, 2022. He was born on Dec 25, 1927, in Makawao, to Rikiichi and Shizuko Kawaguchi, the third oldest of ten children. After the family moved to Lahaina, he attended Kamehameha III Elementary and Lahainaluna High School. Upon graduating from high school, he worked at the pineapple cannery for about a year before de-ciding to attend the University of Hawaii Manoa, on Oahu. Felisa G. Acorda was born in Calanigan, Sto Tomas, Isabela, Philippines on December 24, 1930. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in her Pukalani Home on May 4, 2022 at the age of 91. She was under the loving and compassionate care of Hospice Maui for one year & 6 months. She was the seventh of eight children born to Dionicio & Christina Acorda (both deceased). Terilynne Ishoda (Castro) of Lahaina Maui died on Monday April 11, 2022 at Maui Memorial Hospital. Born on November 12, 1956. Survived by daughter Michelle Ishoda (Ricky) of Oahu.
