Peter Manning Allen, 75 of Wailuku passed away January 19, 2020, at Hospice of Maui. He is survived by his son, Patrick Allen; daughter-in-law, Kahlehla Ayala; granddaughter, Sula Allen; grandson, Jokshua Allen; daughter, Courtney Garner; her husband Matthew; and their children, Annabel, Holden, Jillian, and Delaney. Peter was a US Navy Vietnam Veteran, and retired as a Chief from the US Coast Guard. In 1996 Peter moved to Maui, its beauty enticing him to make it his permanent home.
