Michael Alan Peppers, 59 passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on November 26, 2018 in Lahaina. He was born on March 27, 1959 in Atlanta, GA. to his beloved parents, the late Leon Peppers and Jane Souza. Richard P. Tavares, 92, of Makawao Maui peacefully, passed away on November 30, 2018 at his home under the care of his family and the loving support of Hospice Maui.  He was born January 28, 1926 at Paia Hospital.  Richard retired as a Fire Captain from the Paia Station in 1976 after 30 years of service with the department.
