Lorraine Yukiko Nishijo, 90, of Kahului, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2017 at Maui Memorial Medical Center with her loving family by her side. Services honoring Mrs. Nishijo will be held at Nakamura Mortuary on Saturday, January 14, 2017. Visitation will begin 10am, with services beginning at 11am. Namiko Fujimoto, 95, of Lahaina, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2016 at Hale Makua Kahului. Services honoring Ms. Fujimoto were held privately at her request. Paul Joseph Gotha Jr., 63, of Wailuku, passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 24, 2016. Services honoring Mr. Gotha will be held at Maui Veterans Cemetery on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 11:00am. Nakamura Mortuary is assisting with arrangements. Arnold V. Herrick of Makawao passed away on December 14, 2016 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. For 49 days he fought to survive after an auto accident. Arnold was born on March 12, 1934 in Olympia, Washington. Visitation will be held from 830-930am on Friday January 13, 2017. Kimie Ellen Horiuchi, 91, of Pukalani, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2016 at the Hospice Maui Hale, with her loving family by her side.  Private Services were held with the assistance of Nakamura Mortuary. Kimie was born on May 15, 1925 in Kealia, Kona to Shigematsu & Nanae Omori, she was the third of eight children. She enjoyed watching UH volleyball, Korean Dramas and travelling to Las Vegas to play her favorite Blazing Sevens slots.
