Beautiful memorial off Lahaina Harbor
A stunning winter afternoon, a mile outside the Lahaina Harbor, circled by whales and fishing boats on the outside and framed by the green hills and snow-white clouds on the West Maui mountains on the other side.
After laughing and crying and stories of memories, Kai Barger stood on the bow of Dave Jung’s Maui Princess and scattered the ashes of his uncle Steve, who passed away after 55 happy years at the harbor.
