Baldwin, Seabury Hall finish 5th at baseball state championships
After falling to a tough opponent in the Bears’ first game at the Hawaii High School Athletic Association Division I Baseball State Championships, Baldwin bounced back to win its way through the consolation bracket and take fifth in the four-day tournament. The No. 4-seeded Bears received a first-round bye before Baldwin squared off against PAC-Five in the quarterfinals on May 7. PAC-Five was stingy and held the Bears to just four hits and no runs en route to a 3-0 victory.
