The Kihei Community Association will hold a candidate forum during its general membership meeting, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the St. Theresa Church parish hall, according to an announcement. RAM to present mayoral debate Maui County mayoral front-runners Elle Cochran, Don Guzman and Mike Victorino will be appearing in a debate hosted by the Realtors Association of Maui from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 26 at the Iao Theater in Wailuku.
