Seminar to focus on ‘Art of Living and Dying’
"Befriending Change, The Art of Living and Dying" will be presented Feb. 21 and 22 at Unity Church of Maui in Wailuku.The seminar will feature Bodhi Be and Prakash Mackay, according to a news release.Bodhi, an ordained interfaith minister, is the founder of Doorway Into Light's The Death Store, and for six years has led an open gathering called Being With Dying.Prakash is a teacher in the Diamond Approach and has worked in association with Hospice Maui for 28 years and facilitates HEAL, Hospice Maui's grief support group.For more information or to register, contact ...

Worldwide Marriage Encounter weekend set
Worldwide Marriage Encounter has a dozen openings available for its Valentine's Day weekend experience for married couples and priests at the Maui Beach Hotel.The weekend begins the night of Feb. 14 and runs through the afternoon of Feb. 16. The experience is led by three trained presenting couples and a Catholic priest. Mass will be celebrated Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon.
