Political cartoon should never have been printed

The cartoon in the Opinion page for June 1-2, depicting Justice Merchan jury instructions, should never have been printed. Your paper prides itself that only factual information will be printed. I find the cartoon offensive and in line with lies from the right. The jury did find Trump guilty on all 34 felony counts without a reasonable doubt after requesting instructions from Justice Merchan for the second time. Nobody can solve all our incredible problems

It is past time to “Let Lahaina Heal.” We cannot afford to make people feel unwelcome. It is time for “Help Lahaina Heal” or “Thanks for Helping Lahaina Heal.” The fact is we need, and have been getting, tremendous help from around the world. The state, federal government, local government, charities and individuals have all helped and will continue to do so. Nobody can solve all our incredible problems now. What government  should be doing

I live in a Minatoya condo complex.  We are zoned as apartment two and property tax rate for short-term rentals as hotel and resort.  These condos were made for short term. They are only 600 square feet, with one bath, a kitchen that only one person can work in at a time and one parking place for each condo.  You have to live small to be here for 33 years like my wife and I. Luckily, we live on the second floor so we have a loft area above the bathroom so that gives us a storage area of about 40 square feet.  That is our Costco room. Buy in bulk, need to go up into the ...
