Judith Leimomi Eckart was born on Molokai, June 20,1942 and died on Maui, November 23, 2022. She was a humble, loving, generous soul who loved her family and friends. Judy was a devoted mother, wife, and sister. She is survived by grandson Justin Eckart, son Anthony Eckart, brother Kalani Lee, sister Alberta Borden and nieces Daryn Weatherholtz, Kristi Henderson and Holly Archer. Annie (Pualani) Alves, of Paukukalo, Maui, passed away peacefully at her home on November 18, 2022. Annie was born on July 25, 1935 to Aloka and Annie Aipa in Pukoo Moloka‘i. After graduating from Moloka‘i High School, she ventured to Maui where her beauty caught the eye of serviceman Edward Alves, whom she married in 1955.
