Mitsuo Wallace Harada, 91, died unexpectedly at Hospice Maui Hale in Wailuku, after a short illness on April 3, 2021. Mitsuo was born January 4, 1930 in Happy Valley, Wailuku, Maui. He graduated from Baldwin High School in 1948. After graduation, he enlisted in the service, and was a Korean War Veteran. He was survived by his wife, Kathleen Harada, Son, Clifford Harada, Daughter, Carol Harada, 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, daughter in law, Nora, Sister, Helen Saiki and many nieces and nephews. Janice Yukiko Shiraki 97. Formally of Honolulu, passed away peace-fully on 3/31/2021 in Kahului, Maui. She was born 12/14/1923 in Kuiaha, Maui and was preceded in death by her husband Itsuo Shiraki in 2000. Gordon Bruce Tavares (86) of Kahului, Maui, passed away on March 27, 2021, with his family at his side. Gordon was born on October 16, 1934, to Louis Tavares Jr. and Matilda Milare Tavares in Hilo, Hawai’i. As a young man, Gordon served in the US Marines and was a veteran of the Korean War.
