Chieko Hiwatashi, 101 of Kahului, Maui passed away on November 23, 2019 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born on December 1, 1917 in Puunene. Private services were held. She retired after working more then 30 years from the Maui Memorial Hospital, State of Hawaii. Chieko was an independent woman who enjoyed her family, cooking, sewing and gardening. She loved caring for her family and playing card games. Lillian Taeko Kimura, 88 of Wailuku, Maui passed away on December 12, 2019. She was born to Katsutoshi and Miyuki Hirai on February 8, 1931, in Makawao, Maui. Lillian retired as an Elementary School Teacher. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, January 17, 2020, at Soka Gakkai International Church (S.G.I.) with burial to take place at Maui Veteran’s Cemetery at 1:00 pm where she will be laid to rest with her late husband Mitsuo Kimura. Linda Louise Randolph-Tester, 71 of Haiku, Maui passed away peacefully on January 3, 2020, at her residence. She was born on October 1, 1948. Linda is survived by her husband, Monty Tester; daughter, Julia Tester; stepson, David Tester; grandchildren, Logan Tester and Sam Tester; and sister, Alicia (Leon) Plueard.
