A refuse route in Pukalani and Kula area was missed due to a staffing issue Tuesday and rescheduled for today, the county Department of Environmental Management said.

The areas affected included Kula Kai and Kula Malu and Upper and Lower Kimo and Kulalani drives; Omaopio, Pulehu, Lower Kula, Holopuni, Ainakula and Piliwale roads; Kula Highway; and all surrounding streets and roads.
