How many Hawaiian nene to make a gaggle?

Their feathers ruffled by strong winds, a trio of nene chicks stay close to their parents last month while near a pond at the Kahili Golf Course in Waikapu. The bird species, which was once nearly extinct, continues to rebound on the island.
