Lahainaluna High School Foundation to hold annual meeting

The Lahainaluna High School Foundation will hold its annual general meeting at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 15 in the Samuel Kamakau Library on campus. The meeting is open to Lahainaluna alumni, parents and other interested community members. A quarterly board of directors meeting will follow. The agenda includes plans for the 2026 Legends of Lahainaluna awards dinner on Dec. 3. The Maui Arts & Cultural Center will host two free public programs in September in conjunction with its exhibition, “Keoni of Hawai‘i: Art of the Aloha Shirt,” at Schaefer International Gallery. “ACTIVATIONS: After Hours at the Gallery” will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Sept. 4 at the gallery, Yokouchi Pavilion and courtyard. Festivals of Aloha announces schedule of events for September, October

Festivals of Aloha will kick off its 2026 schedule of events Sept. 4 with Wailuku First Friday, but that’s just the beginning of the celebrations in September and October. Rotary ‘Friendraiser’ coming Sept. 12

Rotary Club members and the public are invited to attend a free “Friendraiser” from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 12 at Heritage Hall, 401 Baldwin Ave. in Paia.
