Lorraine Masae Okumura, 96, of Kihei, Maui passed away at her residence under the care of Hospice Maui and her family. Private family services were held. Lorraine was born on August 30, 1921 in Maui to Sadayuki and Tomekichi Okuyama. Lorraine and her late husband Roy Okumura were founders VIP food service and Island Grocery Depot. Roy Shoji Yashiro, 90, of Wailuku, quietly passed away on December 19, 2017 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. Private services were held on January 20, 2018. Roy was peacefully laid to rest next to his wife, Flora ("Flo"), at the Mal)i Veterans' Cemetery in Makawao. Nakamura Mortuary assisted with arrangements.
