Allen S. Matsumoto, 68, of Kula, passed away on September 22nd, at Maui Memorial Medical Center. Allen was born in upper Paia to Masaru and Alice Matsumoto. After graduating from Maui High School in 1967, he joined the army, completing his term of service as a medic.
