UH has contributed to the revival of Hawaiian culture
We have lived in Hawaii since the Native Hawaiian Renaissance in the 1970s. Many of my family members were born here. My mother taught at UH and my daughter obtained a degree there. UH has contributed much to the re-emergence of Native Hawaiian cultural practices.
