Letter: Mayor should address attack by local youths

The attack at Kaanapali by local youths on visitors to our island has not been addressed by Mayor Richard Bissen and this is his responsibility. Where is he when something like this happens? Tourism is responsible for billions of dollars pouring into our state every year, which supports our institutions and infrastructure and provides many jobs for locals.
