Vernon of Washington has ace at Wailea Blue

Duane Vernon of Port Angeles, Wash., made a hole-in-one on April 9 at the Wailea Blue Course.

Vernon used a 7-iron to ace the No. 7 hole from 134 yards. Lynn Vernon witnessed the shot.

New Hampshire’s Orawski has ace

Ted Orawski Jr. of Elkins, N.H., made a hole-in-one on April 10 at Maui Nui Golf Club.

Orawski used a 3-hybrid to ace the 174-yard 12th hole. Panny Pounds was the witness.
