Kyle Yamashita and Lynn DeCoite will be held as part of an event to honor Maui’s plantation history from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Velma McWayne Santos Community Center in Wailuku. Tulsi Gabbard will be among guest speakers during the Maui County Democratic Party’s “Grand Rally” beginning at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Velma McWayne Santos Community Center in Wailuku.
